1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all states and union territories of India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 7 business days across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. You can also view your order status in your My Orders section.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For lost shipments, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed.
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
