• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened.
• Perishable or opened nutritional products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
